Chickens are a common site around Key West. They descendants of the fighting birds, at one point cock fighting was a popular sport in Key West.

Mutton Snapper

Mutton snapper are one of the more sought after fish in the keys. They are stong fighters on hook and line and have white flaky meat which is very popular. Small muttons are very common in all the keys, larger ones such as this one in this photo (estimated at 20#) are more rare.

Baha California Wreck

Baha Califonia wreck is located 70 miles northeast, it is an awesome dive but a very far ride from Key West. Diving it out of Key West would require chartering a private boat.
